Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honor
Imbued with the conviction that the purity of the German Blood is the Pre-requisite for the future existence of the German People, and animated with the unbending will to ensure the existence of the German nation for all the future, the Reichstag（纳粹德国国会） has unanimously adopted the following law, which is hereby proclaimed.
Paragraph 1.(1)Marriages between Jews and state members of German or cognate blood are forbidden. Marriages concluded despite this law are invalid, even if they are conclude abroad in order to circumvent this law.(2)only the state Attorney may initiate the annulment suit.
Paragraph 2. Jews must not engage female domestic help in their households among state members of German or cognate blood, who are under forty-five years(of age).
Paragraph 3.(1)The display of the Reich and national flag and the national colors by Jews is prohibited.(2)However, the display of the Jewish colors is permitted to them. The exercise of this right is placed under the protection of the state.
Paragraph 4.(1)Whosoever acts in violation of the prohibition of Paragraph 1, will be punished with penal servitude.(2)Whosoever acts in violation of Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 3, will be punished by imprisonment up to one year, with a fine or with either of these penalties….
Paragraph 5. This law goes into effect on the day following promulgation, except for Paragraph 2 which shall go into force on January 1, 1936.
