碧昂丝·吉赛尔·诺斯的早年经历
碧昂丝在得克萨斯州上小学，并被选入了舞蹈班。同年，她完成了第一次正式舞台表演，演唱了披头士成员John Lennon的《Imagine》赢得比赛。7岁后，碧昂丝开始获得新闻界的关注，《休士顿纪事》提到她受到当地表演艺术的萨米奖提名一事。之后，碧昂丝转到了休斯敦一所有着音乐教育的职业学校上学，碧昂丝加入了学校的合唱团。 1998年，7岁的碧昂丝在一个女子团体的试音会上遇见拉塔薇亚·罗伯森。两人与凯莉·罗兰以及其他团员共同组成团体，团体原名为Girl's Tyme，之后团员人数减到6名。
